LTC32xx Inductorless Charge Pump DC/DC Converters

Analog Devices Inc. LTC32xx Inductorless Charge Pump DC/DC Converters offer a wide selection of compact, inductor-less DC/DC converter designs. Conversion topologies include buck, inverting, and buck-boost. Designers can use these converters to step up, step down, or invert an input voltage. With a wide input voltage range from 2.7V up to 48V, the LTC32xx converters deliver output currents up to 350mA. Using these converters significantly reduces conducted and radiated EMI as well as input and output noise. By eliminating the inductor, these switched capacitor converters provide a small footprint and a low component count. Analog Devices LTC32xx's small footprint and operating range up to +150°C make the devices ideal for industrial, automotive, and medical applications.

Power Management ICs

Analog Devices Inc. Power Management ICs (PMICs) power innovation with precision and efficiency. LTC3245 Inductorless Charge Pump DC/DC Converters

Analog Devices Inc. LTC3245 Inductorless Charge Pump Converters are buck-boost DC/DC converters that generate 3.3V, 5V, or adjustable output from a 2.7V to 3V input voltage. The converter's internal circuitry selects the conversion ratio automatically to maximize efficiency as input voltage and load conditions change. To further optimize efficiency, designers can operate the converters in pin selectable burst mode. The constant-frequency architecture enables the Analog Devices Inc. LTC3245 converters to offer a lower noise output than conventional charge pump regulators. With an operating current as low at 20µA, the LTC3245 converters are well-suited for low-power, space-constrained automotive and industrial applications.
