GT 150 Connection System

Aptiv (formerly Delphi) GT 150 Connector System includes automotive connectors with a 1.5mm blade width and a low connector engage force as well as electrical performance that meet USCAR standards. The 150 series offers 4mm (unsealed) or 4.5mm (sealed) centerline spacing and 0.35mm2 to 1.0mm2 cable range. The current capabilities go up to 15A and resistance is <10mΩ @ 20mV. Aptiv GT 150 connectors with silver interface platings pass SAE J2030 heavy-duty electrical connector standards. The series is available in both sealed and unsealed versions in cavity variations between 2 way and 16 way. Typical applications include ergonomic connections, commercial vehicles, and marine.

GT Connection System

Aptiv (formerly Delphi) GT Connector System offers tangless terminals and a low connector engage force. Developed for both 1.50mm and 2.80mm blade width applications, the GT series achieves electrical performance that meets USCAR standards. The small package size is designed to fit the tight space requirements of today's vehicles. Features include tangless terminals with stamped serrations, female terminals compatible with ISO or SAE blades, and pump-handle primary locks with integrated Connector Position Assurance (CPA). Aptiv GT Connection System also includes secondary lock capabilities, including Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) and Primary Lock Reinforcement (PLR) with positive connector seal retention or a Slide Lock Cover (SLC) for unsealed systems. Designers can configure the number and orientation of cavities to specific application requirements.
