Oval/Offset Hole Fir Tree Ties

Avery Dennison Oval/Offset Hole Fir Tree Ties are designed to withstand extreme heat, weather, and vibration in automotive fastening applications. The oval ties allow manufacturers to mount and secure wire bundles to threaded or punched holes, while the disk offers tension between panels to prevent noise and vibration. Fluted edges lock into the panel holes for improved installation efficiency. The offset fir tree ties are ideal for installations that have interference from other components or harnesses, allowing assemblers to guide harnesses, tubes, and hoses away from the mating hole. Avery Dennison Oval/Offset Hole Fir Tree Ties are suitable for hole diameters ranging from 6.35mm to 11.5mm or M6, M8, and M10 threaded holes.

Low Insertion Fir Tree (LIFT™) Fasteners

Avery Dennison Low Insertion Fir Tree (LIFT™) Fasteners offer an ergonomically advanced design that provides low insertion force while maintaining high retention characteristics. These fasteners feature a unique LIFT flue geometry designed to meet automotive wire harnessing requirements. LIFT cable ties minimize line worker fatigue and outperform alternative fir tree and arrow-style fasteners. Avery Dennison LIFT Fasteners meet a wide range of OEM specifications, and they help keep components quiet and secure in various automotive applications.

Offset Round Hole Fir Tree Automotive Fasteners

Avery Dennison Offset Round Hole Fir Tree Automotive Fasteners are designed to guide harnesses, tubes, and hoses away from the mating hole in tight-space environments. These robust fasteners are available in 15mm and 25mm offset lengths and are designed for use with panels up to 7mm thick. The offset round hole fir tree automotive fasteners are constructed with a PA66 IMHS resin material and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. These fasteners feature 6llbf to 15lbf insertion force, 40lbf to 90lbf retention force, and 50lbf (222N) minimum tensile strength.
