Trimpot® Trimming Potentiometers

Bourns Trimpot® Trimming Potentiometers offer a broad range of surface-mount and through-hole trimmers that provide high precision and reliability for circuitry needs. Bourn's variable resistor is built with three terminals; two are connected to the resistive element, while the third terminal is connected to an adjustable wiper. Various configurations are available to provide designers with the freedom to select the ideal trimmer for their specific application needs. Bourns Trimpot Trimming Potentiometers are designed to endure the rigorous conditions of manufacturing environments. This rugged design is achieved by offering sealed terminals that are manufactured to withstand high soldering temperatures and thermal shock from typical board washing, helping to prevent moisture ingress.

3250 Trimpot® Trimming Potentiometers

Bourns 3250 Series 1/2" Square Trimpot® Trimming Potentiometers feature 25 turns in a 1/2" square body size with through-hole or panel-mount options. These wirewound devices are RoHS compliant and listed on the QPL for style RT22 per MIL-R-27208 and RTR22 per high-rel MIL-R-39015. Other features include a 10Ω to 50KΩ standard resistance range with ±5% tolerance, 1W power rating at +85°C, and ±50ppm/°C temperature coefficient. Bourns 3250 Series 1/2" Square Trimpot Trimming Potentiometers operate in a -65°C to +150°C temperature range.
