Coherent FTL4C1Q 40GBASE-LR4 QSFP+ Optical Transceivers are designed for use in 40Gb Ethernet links over single-mode fiber (SMF). These FTL4C1Q modules feature power dissipation of <3.5W, a single 3.3V power supply, and an uncooled 4x10Gb/s CWDM transmitter. The devices comply with the QSFP+ multi-source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-LR4 specifications, and RoHS directive 2011/65/EU. Coherent FTL4C1Q optical transceivers offer digital diagnostic functions via an I²C interface, as specified by the QSFP+ MSA.
