Cyntec Automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) feature a range of miniaturized inductors and resistors for key automotive systems. The ECUs act as the brain by controlling the electrical systems of vehicles. The Power-over-Coax (PoC) filters in ECUs allow both electrical power and data signals to be transmitted over a single coaxial cable. The PoC filters offer high current with LF design (1A), high saturation current with alloy powder lid, and high impedance over a wide frequency range. The filters are compatible with GMSL3 and FPD LINK IV up to 12Gbps.

MUN DC-DC Converter Modules

Cyntec MUN DC-DC Converter Modules are high-frequency, high-power density, and completely non-isolated DC/DC power modules. These modules integrate the PWM controller, power MOSFETs, and most support components into a single, compact, hybrid package, with the only required external components being input/output capacitors, and a single voltage dividing resistor. Stacking the power on top of the hybrid module enables higher power density, and a compact footprint. Other features of the Cyntec MUN DC-DC Converter Modules include voltage mode control with high phase margin compensation, internal soft start, various protections, and pre-biased output function.
