B82477D6 Compact Dual Inductors

EPCOS / TDK B82477D6 Compact Dual Inductors feature a ferrite core and magnetically shielded construction with an enamel copper wire winding welded to the terminals. The inductor's winding technology allows for the tight coupling of the two windings. The components feature a high-rated current, low DC resistance, and are qualified to AEC-Q200. The series has a rated inductance range of 3.9µH to 47µH and a rated current of 2.83A to 7.05A. The case size is 12.5mm x 12.5mm x 10.5mm. EPCOS / TDK B82477D6 Compact Dual Inductors applications include common mode chokes, DC-DC converters (especially for single-ended primary-inductor converter SEPIC topology), and 1:1 transformers.

AEC-Q200-Qualified Inductors

EPCOS / TDK AEC-Q200-Qualified Inductors feature ceramic / ferrite and ferrite drum cores with flame retardant molding or an injected molded base. These inductors offer multiple methods of terminal windings, as well as various rated currents and inductances. Due to their resistance to high temperature, humidity, and thermal shock these inductors are ideal for a vast array of application designs, such as automotive electronic systems, telecommunications, and industrial electronics.

Power Inductors & Chokes

EPCOS Power Inductors and Chokes feature a temperature range up to +150°C, low DC resistance, ferrite core construction, AEC-Q200 qualification, and a wide inductance value range. These power inductors are utilized in many applications, including multimedia, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, DC/DC converters, and telecommunications. EPCOS Power Line Chokes offer a rated voltage of 250VAC, current-compensated ring core, and frame core double choke construction, wide inductance ranges, high inductance with low resistance, and more. The power line chokes are used in applications that involve the suppression of common-mode interferences, electronic ballasts in lamps, and switch-mode power supplies.

Coupled Inductors

EPCOS / TDK Coupled Inductors are designed for use in a diverse range of applications. These compact coupled inductors feature a high saturation current. The modules can be used as coupled inductors in non-isolated DC/DC converter topologies or as transformers in flyback converters. They can also be used as common-mode inductors in power supply lines. EPCOS / TDK Coupled Inductors provide coupling factors up to 99%. The compact robust designs offer functional isolation voltages between the two windings up to 500V.
