1EDN7550/1EDN8550 EiceDriver Gate Driver ICs

Infineon 1EDN7550/1EDN8550 EiceDriver™ Gate Driver ICs are single-channel, non-isolated gate-drive IC with truly differential inputs (TDI) to prevent false triggering of power MOSFETs. Thanks to the unique fully differential input circuitry with excellent common-mode rejection, the logic driver state is controlled by the voltage difference between the two inputs, completely independent of the driver’s reference (ground) potential. This eliminates the risk for wrong triggering and provides a significant benefit in all applications with voltage differences between the driver and controller ground.

1EDNx550 TDI EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs

Infineon 1EDNx550 EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs are single-channel, non-isolated gate-drive ICs with Truly Differential Inputs (TDI) to prevent false triggering of power MOSFETs. The logic driver state is controlled by the voltage difference between the two inputs and is completely independent of the driver’s reference (ground) potential. This design eliminates the risk of incorrect triggering and provides a significant benefit to applications with voltage differences between the driver and controller ground.
