KYOCERA AVX 6251 Series 0.5mm Pitch FFC/FPC Connectors are suitable for applications requiring high contact reliability under harsh environments such as vibration, temperature, and humidity. FPCs/FFCs with tabs prevent improper mating, enable secure connections, and increase the force to retain FPCs/FFCs. When an FPC/FFC is inserted, it is locked in the connector by turning the tab at the center of the actuator upward. The tab serves as both the space in the vacuuming area and as the lock operation confirmed by a tactile click. The FPC/FFC is released by turning the tabs on both sides down to unlock and open the actuator. KYOCERA AVX 6251 Series 0.5mm Pitch FFC/FPC Connectors have a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. Typical applications are printers and industrial measuring devices.
