These lead-free capacitors feature an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and a voltage range from 2.5V to 35V. KYOCERA AVX F93 Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors are compliant with RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and RoHS 2 directive 2011/65/EU.
