MM Series MLCCs for Medical Applications

KYOCERA AVX MM Series MLCCs for Medical Applications are designed for medical applications other than implantable/life support. The MM components provide the design and change control expected for medical devices and offer enhanced LAT, including reliability testing with 100% inspection. These KYOCERA AVX capacitors offer a capacitance range of 0.5pF to 1.5µF in a 10V to 500V range with a -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range. The NP0 (C0G) versions feature plated Ni and SN termination finishes, and the X7R components have Flexiterm termination finishes.
