33600A Trueform Waveform Generators

Keysight Technologies 33600A Trueform Waveform Generators feature up to two channels, 80MHz or 120MHz bandwidth, and standard memory being 4M samples per channel deep (optional 64MSa/channel available). The units generate a full range of signals for demanding measurements and use Trueform signal-generation technology. The 33600A series offers more capability, fidelity, and flexibility than traditional direct digital synthesis (DDS) generators. The Trueform technology offers an alternative that blends DDS and point-per-clock architectures, providing the benefits of both without the limitations of either. Keysight 33600A Trueform Waveform Generators produce sine waves with 5x lower harmonic distortion for pure signals and pulses up to 100MHz with less than 1ps jitter for precise timing. An intuitive front panel features built-in LAN (LXI-C), USB, and GPIB (optional) interfaces for connectivity. The units offer up to 1GSa/s sampling rate for higher time resolution arbitrary waveforms.
