SM20 Surface-Mount Varistors

Littelfuse SM20 Surface-Mount Varistors are designed for use in applications requiring high energy and transient current capabilities. The series includes AC-rated parts that operate continuously across AC power lines while the DC-rated parts are suitable for automotive applications. These devices feature voltage ratings of 26VDC to 420VDC and 20VAC to 320VAC as well as no derating up to 85°C ambient. The SM20 series features a molded nylon package with folded tin-plated metal leads for soldering to board. Littelfuse SM20 Surface-Mount Varistors are based on a radial 20mm internal varistor element with similar characteristics to the Littelfuse LA/ZA series.
