Nexperia PMEG100Vx/PMEG100Vx-Q Dual Series High-Speed Switching Diodes are housed in leadless ultrasmall surface-mounted plastic packages with visible and solderable side pads. The PMEG100Vx/PMEG100Vx-Q features a high switching speed, low leakage current, reverse voltage, and low capacitance. Typical applications include high-speed switching, general-purpose switching, and reverse polarity protection. The PMEG100Vx-Q is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and suggested for use in automotive applications.

PMEG Schottky Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG Schottky Rectifiers are planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) devices with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN). The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.
