Description of Change: The internal cavity of the waffle pack is
being enlarged. The waffle pack rows are decreasing to 7 and the
columns are increasing to 9. The maximum quantity of product in
each waffle pack is decreasing from 64 to 63.
Change Identification: Product with a date code 1344 and newer
will have the change.
Reason for Change: The waffle pack internal cavity is being
enlarged to accommodate product with larger package outlines.
Expected Impact: The change will not impact to the form, fit, or
function of the OPR5011.
