Phihong POE Series Power over Ethernet Adapters

The Phihong POE Series Power over Ethernet Adapters are single port injectors with a 56V DC output voltage, available in a 33.6W DC Input High-Power or a 75W Ultra-Power (with optional SNMP [Simple Network Management Protocol] management). The Gigabit compatible POE Series are compliant with the IEEE802.3(at)(af) standards and feature diagnostic LEDs. Also available is the 21W DC-DC Power over Ethernet Splitter, designed to work with the POE36U-1AT single port injector. The Phihong POE Series Power over Ethernet Adapters are ideal for wireless network access points, security cameras, computer workstations, and many other applications.

Power-over-Ethernet (PoE)

Phihong Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Solutions integrate power and data over an Ethernet cable, supplying power to network devices. This integration, combined with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), allows businesses to be fully optimized for continuous operation, virtually eliminating power interruptions and business downtime. Networks that support new and emerging Ethernet devices with varying power requirements must provide compatibility, expandability, and flexibility. The power-on-demand midspan technology is an effective and practical solution to these challenges. These PoE midspans deliver power to VoIP phones, wireless LAN access points, remote IP security cameras, access control devices, RFID readers, and motion detectors. Single-port extenders are available, extending power and data up to 200m from a network switch.
