Phoenix Contact PTS 1,5 Series Release Button Change

Phoenix Contact is changing original shape of the PTS 1,5
release button.  There had been a tendency to pull the release
button out of the terminal in order to open it.  As a result,
the terminal block could no longer be opened.  In order to
eliminate this problem, the shape of the release button will be
changed to a smoother surface.  During transition of the
changes, both versions of this product may be supplied depending
on inventory.

PTS & PTSA PCB Terminal Blocks

Phoenix Contact PTS & PTSA PCB Terminal Blocks with the Push-In Technology wire termination system offer fast wire assembly without the use of tools. In these series are models with anywhere from 2 to 24 positions. They have 2.5, 3.5, 5, and 7mm pitch, current ratings from 2 to 12A, and voltage ratings from 160 to 320V. Phoenix Contact PTS / PTSA terminal blocks act as an integrated test point for quick identification of proper connections. Available mounting angles are 45°, right-angle, straight, horizontal, and vertical. These PCB blocks are assembled as individual slices, making it easy to customize the pole count or color-coding. The design of these series allows for faster wiring to the terminal block compared to the standard screw termination and the solid conductor plugin options. Users can also string multiple terminal blocks together on one header.

LED Lighting Connectors

Phoenix Contact LED Lighting Connectors include several families of PCB terminal blocks and connectors to provide solutions for lights and lighting systems. These lighting connectors include models as short as 5mm high (PTSM) as well as those with spring push-in technology for a toolless design (PTS/PTSA). This Phoenix Contact lighting solutions feature UL and CSA approvals and current carrying capacities up to 10A while supporting wires from 26AWG to 14AWG. Surface-mount and through-hole reflow versions are available, with some terminal blocks including up to 24 positions per connector. Phoenix Contact LED Lighting Connectors are ideal for the automotive and infrastructure industries, wind and solar energy, plus applications in power supplies and transmission / distribution.
