1SP0335V2M1-45 Single Channel IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 1SP0335V2M1-45 is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play IGBT driver. This driver is based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel-connected modules. 1SP0335V2M1-45 is a single-channel gate driver designed for 4500V 130mm x 140mm and 190mm x 140mm IGBT modules. This device has a master driver 1SP0335x2M1-45 that features a fiber-optic interface. This driver can be used as a stand-alone or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0335D2S1-45 slaves. The turn-on and turn-off gate resistors, and auxiliary gate capacitor are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility.

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
