R-78 Innoline Non-Isolated DC/DC Converters

RECOM Power Innoline R-78 DC/DC Non-Isolated Converters offer efficiency up to 97%, eliminating the need for heatsinks. These high-efficiency regulators are highly suited to replace the LM78 linear regulators and are pin-out compatible with LM78XX linears. The high efficiency of RECOM's Innoline R-78DC/DC single output converters means no heat sinks to take up space and incur additional mounting costs for users. Features of R-78's include very low profiles, low ripple and noise, and short circuit, overload, and overtemperature protection. The R-78 components are fully certified to EN 60601-1-2 (Medical Equipment), EN 55022 (Emissions), and EN55024 (Immunity), EMC standards, and for EN-60950-1 safety.

R-78CK-0.5 DC/DC Converters

RECOM Power R-78CK-0.5 DC/DC Converters provide a compact and efficient solution with a wide input range of 5V to 40V, up to 96% efficiency, and no need for heatsinks. These 0.5A switching regulators save space and energy while operating up to a +100°C ambient temperature. The pin-out is compatible with the LM78xx linear regulators for easy integration into existing designs. These non-isolated DC/DC converters offer short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and low ripple and noise for stable performance. The fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 15V enable ease of use, and the series is certified by IEC/EN 62368-1. RECOM Power R-78CK-0.5 DC/DC Converters can also serve as positive-to-negative converters, making them ideal in circuits requiring a negative voltage source. Applications include industrial, automation, and test and measurement.
