RPX-2.5 2.5A DC/DC Converters

RECOM Power RPX-2.5 2.5A DC/DC Converters are buck converters in a 4.5mm x 4mm x 2mm thermally enhanced QFN package. These RECOM Power DC/DC converters include an integrated inductor and feature a 4.5V_DC to 28V_DC input range, allowing for a 5V, 12V, or 24V supply voltage. The user can set the output voltage with two resistors in the range of 1.2V up to 6V. RPX-2.5A features an output current of up to 2.5A and also offers full protection against continuous short circuits or output overcurrent or over-temperature faults. The enable pin features an internal pull-up current source for operation with open-drain, open-collector, logic gate, or switched inputs.

RECOM Power SMD Isolated Power Modules provide flexible gate drive bias voltages, ensuring high efficiency and system reliability. These isolated modules offer multiple input ranges depending on the selected variant and temperature range. Each part features two fully regulated outputs that can be user-programmed as asymmetric positive and negative values or as a single positive or negative value to meet requirements for various gate drive voltages. Additional features include various protections, such as input undervoltage and overvoltage lockout, overtemperature, output overload, undervoltage, and overvoltage.
