Due to acquisition of another manufacturing plant, Vishay
plans on substituting dipped radial capacitors.  There will
be no effect on reliability, quality, and/or performance of
the components.  The Series that will be substituted is the
BC Components K series dipped Radial Capacitors.

Vishay will no longer make Z5U temperature coefficient.
Replacement for the Z5U will be upgraded to X7R temperature
coefficient.

Label will contain add p/n XXXXXXXXXXXX
