AS1163 & AS1163B Automotive LED Driver ICs

ams OSRAM AS1163 and AS1163B Automotive LED Driver ICs are mixed-signal silicon devices optimized for dynamic lighting applications. These ICs support single-layer slim PCB designs and Open System Protocol (OSP), which makes them compatible with OSIRE E3731i. The AS1163 and AS1163B LED driver ICs feature a 2.4Mbit/s two-wire daisy chain (bi-directional or loop-back) or star topology, up to 1000 nodes, and 16-bit brightness adjustment. The additional features include an I2C gateway, parallel connection, power-rail feedback, and analog readout. These devices are used in interior dynamic lighting effects, ambient lighting, functional lighting, exterior lighting, roof lighting, and smart surfaces.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
