Littelfuse Protection eFuse ICs provide a robust defense against overcurrent damage. The eFuse IC portfolio includes a variety of diodes, load switches, and limit switches that offer a 2.7V to 28V input voltage range and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +150°C.
