Vishay 1N58x Schottky Barrier Plastic Rectifiers

Vishay 1N58x Schottky Barrier Plastic Rectifiers offer guardring for overvoltage protection with a very small conduction loss. These plastic rectifiers feature 20V, 30V, and 40V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and an operating temperature range of -65°C to 125°C. The 1N58x rectifiers provide extremely fast switching with high-frequency operation, single-circuit configuration, and low forward voltage drop. These commercial grade rectifiers are RoHS compliant with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The 1N58x rectifiers are solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102 and include matte tin-plated lead terminals. These plastic rectifiers are ideal for use in low voltage high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
