Vishay Dale Thin Film PCAN Series High Power Aluminum Nitride SMD Resistors offer up to 6W power rating in a precision resistor. The features of the PCAN series include a resistance range up to 175Ω, tolerance to ±0.1%, and TCR down to ±25ppm/C. These thin-film resistors from Vishay can achieve a power rating up to 6W in a 2512 case size and up to 2W in a 1206 case size. Applications for the PCAN resistors include power supplies, power switching, and braking systems.
