The series operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and is lead free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP SlimSMA Trench MOS (TMBS) Schottky Rectifiers come in a DO-221AC SlimSMA case. AEC-Q101-qualified versions are available.
